sure we're doing the job you expect us to do. We don't want to be the "invisible"
cleaners that you never see or hear from. We believe that 50% of our success lies
in top notch cleaning, done consistently, and the other 50% is our customer service
and the ongoing communication we uphold with each of our customers.
Customer Service is the lifeblood of any organization. Everything flows from it and is nourished by it. Customer Service is not a department... It's an attitude.
We utilize a "Communication Log Book" for written requests and communication,
conduct regularly scheduled on-site quality control
inspections, and check in with
you on a regular basis to make sure we're on track to meet your needs! Your account
supervisor is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for questions, concerns,
or requests. Peace of mind for you!
