How It All Started - by Christine Schad
Back in 1982, I started out in the professional cleaning industry when I began working at a local insurance company cleaning their offices part time to supplement family income. In 1992, I started my own small cleaning business, cleaning residential homes. Because I really cared about doing a great job for my customers, soon I had more business than I knew what to do with! I hired a few friends, and before you knew it, we were adding commercial cleaning to our services.
Today our company focuses entirely on the commercial cleaning industry. We offer a full spectrum of professional, dependable janitorial services to small, medium, and large businesses throughout Northeast and Central Wisconsin. We are proud of our hard-won growth, solid reputation, and success. In an industry that nationally averages a staggering 300% turnover rate of employees, we are proud to note that we retain the vast majority of our customers and staff, year after year. Both our customers and our staff know that we care about them, and it truly shows in our track record. I like to say that 50% of the service we provide is the quality cleaning we do, but the other 50% is our success in working with PEOPLE.
