Training and Support
Our
Professional Janitorial Certification Program, which is unparalleled by any other
service in our area, is a 40 hour training program that covers topics such as Safety
for Custodians, Customer Service, Blood borne Pathogen Certification, Cleaning Techniques,
Product Knowledge, Equipment Usage and Maintenance, and Security Issues, just to
name a few topics. We use videos, and inter-active
CD-Rom training in a classroom setting, as well as "field training" in a variety of commercial businesses, working hand in hand with one of our training supervisors. Since we strongly believe in working as a TEAM, we strive to continuously work closely with both our Janitorial Professionals and our customers, regularly looking for ways to improve service and increase our customer's satisfaction.
Continuing Education
Want
to know a secret? We like what we do, and we're proud of it! Both our Janitorial
Professionals and management members attend workshops, and continuing education
seminars throughout the year, and we even publish a monthly newsletter to keep our
crews up to date on the latest equipment, products and techniques out there. Our
industry association memberships include
Building Service
Contractor's Association, Intl (BSCAI), as well as the
Cleaning Management Institute
(CMI). We hold events throughout the year, such as our Sultan of Shine Recognition
Awards to recognize our hard working and dedicated cleaners. Talk about motivation!
